Our platform generates insights based on your health data using algorithms and pattern recognition. These insights are suggestions, not medical diagnoses or treatment recommendations.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.

All content, features, and functionality of the platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are owned by Red Ribbon Health and protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to your personal health information. By using our platform, you grant us a limited license to use your data to provide services, generate insights, and improve our platform.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or exploit any part of the platform without our express written permission.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the platform become our property and may be used for any purpose without compensation to you.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater.
We are not responsible for any health outcomes, decisions, or consequences resulting from your use of the platform or reliance on information provided.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct we deem harmful to the platform or other users.
You may terminate your account at any time through account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which our company is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these terms or use of the platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration.
